Yackandandah Pistol Club is approved for International Shooting Sport Federation (ISSF) and Blackpowder matches.  

We are restricted to .17, .22, .32, .38 and .357 calibres.

Outside Range hours are:

Saturdays 9.00am to 10.00pm
Sundays 12.00 noon to 6.00pm
Twice a week during weekdays 9.00am to 6.00pm
One evening during weekdays 6.00pm to 10.00pm

Indoor Air Pistol Range can be used at anytime.

10M Air Pistol

10M Air Pistol is an ISSF 60-shot event shot by both men and women, at all levels of competition up to and including the Olympics and Paralympics. 

50M Pistol

Formerly known as Free Pistol, the 50M Pistol event is shot at all levels of competition up to and including the Olympics and Paralympics using .22 calibre single-shot pistols.

25M Pistol Women & Men’s Sport Pistol

Internationally, 25M Pistol is only shot up to and including the Olympics by women, and up to and including the Paralympics by men and women, and by juniors at the World Championships, In Australia the event is also shot by men at many State competitions.

25M Centre Fire Pistol

25M CentreFire Pistol is one of the ISSF shooting events and at international level is a men-only event.

Other than the calibre used, the CentreFire event is exactly the same as the 25M Pistol Women, and Men’s Sport Pistol events.

25M Rapid Fire Pistol

In 25M Rapid Fire Pistol competitors use semi-automatic pistols in .22 calibre (5.6mm) at all levels of competition up to and including the Olympics. A series (or string) consists of five (5) shots fired, one at each of five targets within a limited time.

25M Standard Pistol

The Standard Pistol match is shot at 25 metres with a 0.22 Long Rifle semi-auto on a standard Precision target with a 50mm 10 ring, in timed series of five shots on turning targets. Four series, each of 150 seconds, four series each of 20 seconds and four series each of 10 seconds are fired for a total of 60 shots.
